Technology Forum: $1,950

Design your own full one-hour forum to showcase your company's latest products, research and services. Forums put you on stage to meet delivery science and technology industry professionals with purchasing power in a focused and controlled setting.  You must choose a delivery science topic to present and identify (and register) your presenter(s) and moderator for the session.

Your meeting room will be set up theatre-style (all chairs facing the speaker's podium) for up to 30 people and will include the following: Projection screen, LCD projector, Podium and microphone, Brochure table. (You must bring your own laptop.) Refreshment table at back of room, if desired - additional catering fees would apply.

Your Technology Forum will be publicized via:

  • Registration Brochure (if received by March 1, 2019)
  • Annual Meeting webpage
  • Annual Meeting Program Book (if received by May 8, 2019)
  • Annual Meeting e-blasts and other promotion

Industry Roundtable

Industry Roundtables Sessions take place during the Annual Meeting. As a potential Round Table sponsor, your program proposal will be submitted to our Annual Meeting Planning Committee for review.  The AMPC will ensure your topic, speakers and format are conducive to a successful outcome; not only for you, the sponsor, but for our attendees as well.

Industry Roundtable sponsors will be recognized via:

  • Registration Brochure (if received by March 1, 2019)
  • Annual Meeting webpage
  • Annual Meeting Program Book (if received by May 8, 2019)
  • Annual Meeting e-blasts and other promotion

Pre-Meeting Educational Workshop

Industry Supported Educational Workshops are in 1.5-days, one full-day or one half-day formats presented before the official start of the CRS Annual Meeting. These workshops are generally organized as a collaboration between industry and academia. 

Workshop proposals must be approved by the AMPC.  They should cover topics that require special attention and that are not sufficiently covered in other Annual Meeting sessions or workshops. The workshop topics should be innovative, educational, based on a clear objective, and focused to achieve tangible out-puts.

Your completed Industry Supported Educational Workshop Application must be submitted by January 10, 2019.  Full details are outlined on the Application Process, Policies & Procedures document.
